Receiving Your Print

- We will not send a mock up for you to approve unless you specifically request this on your order.

- We are not liable if you make a mistake when entering text on your order. If you request a mock up please try & respond within 24 hours so we can get your order out on time.

Custom Prints will take 2-3 working days for us to process before dispatch.

Unframed Art prints heading to UK addresses are fulfilled by us in our Hull studio and are dispatched using Royal Mail Services. 

As all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
