Personalisation

How To Order
- Enter the exact lyrics you want from your chosen song.
- Please give the exact words to copy & paste and check spelling! We do not spell check for you and will use exactly what you give us for print.
- We will use our best judgment on layout but please use full stops & commas where you'd like them and use '/' to indicate a new line verse if require it.
- All text will be in Uppercase
- Artist Name/Song Title or Names/Special date/Location/A memory e.g Our Wedding Song.
Please use / to indicate the line between the information.
Colours
- Please pick both a background and a font colour from the list above. When entering your colour options please clearly state BACKGROUND and FONT before.
-If you have any specific colour requests we haven't included, please do reach out and we'll try our best to fulfil this.
Receiving Your Print
- We will not send a mock up for you to approve unless you specifically request this on your order.
- We are not liable if you make a mistake on your order. If you request a mock up please try & respond within 24 hours so we can get your order out on time.

Shipping & Returns

Custom Prints will take 2-3 working days for us to fulfil before dispatch.
Unframed Art prints heading to UK addresses are fulfilled by us in our Hull studio and are dispatched using Royal Mail Services. 
A1 / A2 prints are outsourced so therefore take an extra 3-4 working days for dispatch.
As all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Prints are Unframed Framed images for mock up purpose only.
